You will follow safety protocols, keep the meat and seafood cases clean and well displayed, and work with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of meat cuts and cooking techniques preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in knife handling and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist in selecting the best cuts.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent contamination.
• Set and maintain meat and seafood cases and displays per FIFO.
• Safely operate grinders, cubing machines, and power saws.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.
