Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a team member to assist with fresh meat ordering and delivery intake at our Lyndon, KY location. You will help write orders, check in deliveries, and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety and sanitation procedures, proper product presentation, and inventory control within a fast-paced retail environment. Training and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience with product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using CAO applications or similar ordering tools.
• Current handjack/hilo license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.

What You Bring With You (Qualifications):

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing.
• Ability to understand and follow specific safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Current handjack/hilo license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.
