Job summary

Food City is seeking a dedicated team member to join our Meat Department to cut, grind and slice fresh meat, merchandize displays, and keep cases clean and organized.

You will assist in ordering, receiving and stocking products, ensure proper dating, rotate stock, and uphold HACCP standards while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.
