Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Meat Cutter in Ohio to cut fresh steaks, read prep sheets, and follow exact specs. You will help maintain a clean meat room, set up displays, and ensure safe handling of products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut fresh steaks by hand and portion as directed.
• Read prep sheets and follow Texas Roadhouse specs.
• Track product yield and maintain display cases.
• Set up meat display and maintain clean walk-in area.
• Use and maintain kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Adhere to storage and rotation procedures and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support restaurant operations.

As a Meat Cutter Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Cutting fresh steaks by hand
• Reading prep sheet
• Following Texas Roadhouse specs
• Tracking product yield
• Setting up a meat display case
• Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment
• Keeping the meat room walk-in clean and organized
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
