Bubba’s 33 in Texas is hiring a Meat Cutter who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a cold environment. You will read prep sheets, follow Bubba’s 33 specs, track product yield, and maintain kitchen equipment and sanitation standards.

As a Meat Cutter your responsibilities would include:

• Reading prep sheet
• Following Bubba’s 33 specs
• Tracking product yield
• Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
