Our franchise organization, GC Littleton/Englewood, Inc. dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Meat Cutter’s performance and ability to cut for quality and quantity significantly impact the guest’s dining experience. Top-quality meat cutting ensures optimal profit for the restaurant and full value for Golden Corral guests in both product and service.

Responsibilities include:

• Cutting meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Following the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Rotating cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
• Stocking and arranging the Meat Cooler in accordance with food safety guidelines.
• Sanitizing all surfaces between chicken and other meat production to prevent cross-contamination.
• Recognizing signs of bad meat (sticky, slick, or foul smell).
• Cleansing and sanitizing the meat room per cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Adhering to local health department laws.

Operational Tasks:

• Using administrative forms to maintain inventory and determine production levels.
• Reporting discrepancies in product or equipment to the manager.
• Performing opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Maintaining equipment as per the Equipment Maintenance manual.
• Completing duty roster tasks.
