Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind.
• Follow the production schedule to meet requirements for fresh meat cuts.
• Help with trucks, stocking, and other duties as assigned to support the department’s success.
• Assist in writing fresh meat orders.
• Organize and check in fresh meat deliveries.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with weights and measures specific to meat processing.
• Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Experience in product presentation and packaging.
• Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
• Current handjack/hilo license.
• Experience with inventory control procedures.
