Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets Inc is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team in Lewiston, Idaho. You will cut, trim, and package meats, greet customers, and maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with locating items and making recommendations.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Cut, trim, prepare, and package meats for sale.

Clean and maintain tools and equipment.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation controls.

Unload deliveries or order pickups.

Requirements

A few things you’ll need…

Candidates must be 18+ years or older

Complete a pre-employment background check

Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.

Maintain a current food worker card

Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
