Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a part-time Meat Cutter in Hillard, OH to assist in daily cutting of beef, pork, and grind. You will follow the production schedule to meet fresh meat cut requirements and support ordering and delivery organization.

Ideal candidates bring familiarity with weights and measures, safety procedures, and experience with inventory and packaging. Handjack/hilo license and COA/ordering experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat cutting and fresh meat production processes.
• Familiarity with weights, measures and product presentation.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cutting of fresh beef, pork and grind.
• Follow production schedule to meet advertised fresh meat cuts.
• Write fresh meat orders and organize deliveries.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and team.
