Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for cutting and merchandising all fresh meat products.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and displaying products.
• Grind and slice meat as needed.
• Organize cooler arrangement and stock cooler shelves.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of display cases and work area.
• Sanitize and disinfect the department twice daily.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Assist in enforcing and maintaining the company HACCP program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact effectively with others.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts.
