We are looking for a dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

• Cutting and merchandising all fresh meat products.
• Assisting in ordering, receiving, and displaying products.
• Grinding and slicing meat as required.
• Organizing cooler arrangements and stocking.
• Rotating products to ensure freshness.
• Maintaining cleanliness and neatness of display cases and work areas.
• Sanitizing and disinfecting department areas twice daily.
• Providing courteous and efficient customer service.
• Enforcing and maintaining the company's HACCP program.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meat cutting experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
