Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cutting and merchandising all fresh meat.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and displaying all products.
• Grind and slice meat.
• Assist in organizing cooler arrangements and stocking.
• Ensure product rotation and maintain the neatness of display cases.
• Maintain good code dates on all products in display cases.
• Keep work station and surrounding area clean and sanitized twice daily.
• Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
• Assist in enforcing and maintaining the company HACCP program.
