Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers and associates.

• Personal initiative and follow-through to completion.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to safely handle cleaning solutions and operate production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and greet them, providing high-quality service.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Unload and stock merchandise in the Meat department and maintain organized areas.
• Monitor product quality to ensure freshness and safety.
• Operate cash register following company procedures where applicable.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized sales floors, backrooms, and coolers.
• Follow company policies, health regulations, and safety guidelines.
