Responsibilities

• Provide customers with friendly, prompt service.
• Assist department sales growth with suggestive sales.
• Maintain Niemann Foods sanitation and refrigeration standards.
• Prepare and display product quality and appearance.
• Demonstrate food knowledge and recipes to customers.
• Perform opening and closing procedures per Niemann Foods standards.
• Maintain ordering and receiving standards with department manager.
• Follow all store policies, safety rules and procedures.
• Operate standard meat department equipment as required.
