Job Description

Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers promptly and cheerfully, providing quality food and excellent service.
2. Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
4. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
5. Perform temperature monitoring and ensure product quality and safety.
6. Operate equipment safely and maintain proper signage and product rotation.
7. Adhere to company policies, laws, and health regulations.
8. Assist with cash register operations as needed.
9. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment, managing conflicts professionally.
