Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Michigan is seeking a Meat department team member to perform general cleanup, stock work, and provide excellent customer service. You will greet customers and help them find items while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities include unloading and displaying products, monitoring temperatures, operating the cash register, and upholding company policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Maintain equipment and facilities properly and safely in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
