Job Description

Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide quality food efficiently and cheerfully.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and effective communication with customers and associates.
• Unload, store, and display merchandise according to standards and policies.
• Monitor temperatures and product quality to ensure freshness and safety.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Sanitize cookware and utensils following policies.
• Ensure proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain facilities properly.
• Follow all company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Operate cash register as applicable.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
