Position Overview

Responsible for meat operations including preparing, storing, cutting, cleaning, and serving meat.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor food distribution and ensure guidelines are followed.
2. Clean and sterilize dishes, utensils, equipment, and facilities.
3. Maintain coolers, cases, and displays, ensuring they are stocked.
4. Follow scheduled shift hours as assigned.
5. Provide friendly and prompt customer service.
6. Assist in inventory management and record-keeping.
7. Ensure proper product rotation and temperature control.
8. Maintain safety procedures and cleanliness of the department.

Qualifications
