Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide quality food, and deliver prompt, cheerful service.
• Maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, and act with courtesy.
• Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods, and monitor temperatures.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and safety.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils following policies.
• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to policies and laws.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and handle conflicts appropriately.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
