Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers promptly and cheerfully, providing quality food and excellent service.
2. Maintain professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
4. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, including backrooms, coolers, and sales areas.
5. Unload, store, and display merchandise according to standards, recipes, and policies.
6. Monitor product quality, freshness, and safety, including temperature checks.
7. Operate cash register following company procedures, if applicable.
8. Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
9. Perform sanitation duties, including washing and sanitizing cookware and utensils.
10. Support team in high-paced, sometimes stressful environments, managing conflicts constructively.
11. Follow directions and seek assistance as needed to resolve issues.
12. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
