Minimum requirements:
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.

- Ability to read shelf tags, signs, labels, training materials, and bulletins.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and present information professionally.
- Personal initiative and follow-through.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to safely handle cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and operate equipment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Dependability and integrity in past work.
- Experience in food preparation.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to employment, safety, and food handling.
- Experience in grocery retail and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promptly and cheerfully serving customers at the counter, greeting them, and providing quality food.
- Maintaining professionalism, tact, and courtesy in all interactions.
- Communicating effectively with customers and staff.
- Keeping a clean, neat, and friendly appearance for customers.
- Unloading, storing, preparing, and displaying food items per standards and recipes.
- Monitoring temperatures and ensuring product quality, freshness, and safety.
- Keeping sales areas, backrooms, and coolers organized and clean.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of floors and equipment.
- Washing and sanitizing cookware and utensils according to policies.
- Properly signage, rotating products, and managing space and inventory.
- Adhering to all company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Operating cash registers as per procedures.
- Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
