Description for Candidates
Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities for Candidates
- Greet customers promptly and provide quality food service with a cheerful attitude.
- Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and friendly appearance to create a positive impression.
- Unload and store merchandise; prepare and display foods according to company standards, recipes, and policies.
- Monitor food temperatures regularly.
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and safety at all times.
- Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of floors, free from clutter.
- Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils following company and health department policies.
- Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality, and space allocation for merchandise.
- Properly maintain equipment and facilities according to policies.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Operate cash register following company procedures, if applicable.
- Work effectively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- Manage conflicts in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
- Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.
- Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Minimum Qualifications
