Job summary

Your Employment Solutions in Salt Lake City is hiring a Measuring Operator to precisely measure and weigh ingredients for nutraceutical products. This 4-day workweek, Monday-Thursday schedule offers an immediate start and a path to permanent hire after 90 days.

You will follow GMP and SOP guidelines, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets. The role requires math skills, basic computer use, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; PPE is provided.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable wearing PPE such as scrubs, hair net, lab coat, respirator, and mask.

Job description

Join a leading nutraceutical company in Salt Lake City as a Measuring Operator earning $18/hour with a Monday-Thursday schedule and immediate start available. After 90 days, you'll be hired on permanently with 80 hours PTO and 401k benefits.

What You'll Do

• Precisely measure and weigh ingredients for nutraceutical products following strict documentation protocols
• Maintain hygienic measuring practices to prevent product contamination
• Properly tare, label, and document all measured ingredients
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP guidelines for quality assurance
• Perform mathematical conversions and measurements with accuracy
• Complete sanitation tasks per department schedule
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all measuring activities
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily targets safely

What You Bring

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong math skills with ability to convert measurements
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable wearing required PPE (scrubs, hair net, lab coat, respirator, face mask)

Preferred:

• 0-1 year manufacturing or production experience
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines
• Experience in team-based production environments
