Job summary

Leidos is seeking a mid-level MOE Analyst to provide data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The analyst will leverage multi-source data to produce evidence-based evaluations of operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data-driven reporting, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to work on a team in a fast-paced environment and independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on data analysis or quantitative methods.
• 4+ years of experience in analysis activities such as marketing analytics or data-driven reporting.
• Experience contributing to MOE or operational assessments is a plus.

• Apply scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness
• Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and providing MOE Operational Input during initial design stages
• Identifying data collection gaps and supporting the application of data-driven metrics to operational assessments
• Contributing to the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments as directed
• Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types

Primary Responsibilities

• Applying scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness

• Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and providing MOE Operational Input during initial design stages

• Identifying data collection gaps and supporting the application of data-driven metrics to operational assessments

• Contributing to the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and Operational or Strategic MOE Assessments as directed

• Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a TS/SCI with Poly to be considered

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Data Analysis and at least 4 years of experience.

• Five (4) years of experience contributing to analysis activities; i.e., marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, and/or data-driven reporting; or Five (5) years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of Sponsor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in political science, data science, or other related social science discipline with an emphasis on quantitative methodology

• Familiarity with Sponsor analytic and targeting tools and methods

• Knowledge of communications analytics tools; i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other commercially available marketing analytics and social listening tools

Pay Range

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
