Job summary

Energy Transfer in Corsicana, TX is seeking a Measurement & Communication Technician to maintain gas meters, regulators, RTU/SCADA gear, and related equipment to meet operational and safety standards.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 0-4 years depending on level, and strong knowledge of EPA/DOT/OSHA requirements, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and teams. Occasional travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of EPA, DOT, RRC, OSHA, NEC, AGA, API and GPA requirements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with customer base.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate facilities in compliance with specifications, codes, safety standards and procedures.
• Perform periodic accuracy tests including calibration, inspection and maintenance of measurement equipment.
• Install instrumentation and equipment in new/renovated facilities.
• Inspect and maintain all pressure and volumetric control equipment.
• Collect gas samples per safety and industry guidelines.
• Participate in partnership safety programs and initiatives.
