Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group, INC. seeks a Measurement Technician (Flooring Estimator) to visit homes, listen to customer needs, and create detailed digital floor diagrams for accurate quotes. This is a 1099 contract position and not remote, with frequent local travel to job sites.

We provide the job assignments and a tablet with two weeks of training, and you will be paid per measure with weekly payouts. Strong customer service, reliability, and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active listening and customer-service orientation.
• Valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone/tablet basics.
• Willing to travel to sites up to an hour or more one way.
• Construction knowledge preferred (flooring knowledge a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Take before photographs.

• Travel to sites; see customers in their homes Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; evenings/weekends available.

Measurement Technician (Flooring Estimator) wanted now! If you are talented in flooring and customer service, you have the opportunity to travel and meet new people – best of all – help them meet their flooring needs and be your own boss! This is a 1099 contract position. *Not a remote position*

• Listen to the customer’s needs and expectations
• Create detailed digital floor diagrams
• Inspect the job site to determine the need for products in the flooring installation process.
• Take before photographs
• Make detailed notes for the quoting process
• Can travel frequently for an hour or more one way to get to site (no more than two)

• Have availability to see customers in their homes Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm with evenings and weekend availability also.
