Service Pros Installation Group, INC. is seeking a Measurement Technician (flooring estimator) for immediate placement. This 1099 contract role involves meeting customers, assessing their flooring needs, and documenting measurements and diagrams to support quotes.

The candidate must be able to travel to homes, maintain reliable transportation, and pass a background check. This position is not remote and requires in-person site visits and customer-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong listening skills and customer service orientation.
• Math proficiency and attention to detail are essential for quoting.
• Capable of traveling to multiple sites and working with portable tech.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the customer’s needs and expectations.
• Create detailed digital floor diagrams.
• Inspect the job site to determine product needs for flooring installations.
• Take before photographs of spaces.
• Make detailed notes to support the quoting process.
• Travel frequently to sites (often an hour or more one way).

Measurement Technician (flooring estimator) wanted now! If you are talented in flooring and customer service, You have the opportunity to travel and meet new people – best of all – help them meet their flooring needs and be your own boss! This is a 1099 contract position. *Not a remote position*

We Will Provide

• The job assignments
• Tablet to use (with training - two weeks of training)
• Paid per measure and weekly

• Listen to the customer’s needs and expectations

• Inspect the job site to determine the need for products in the flooring installation process.

• Make detailed notes for the quoting process
• Can travel frequently for an hour or more one way to get to site

• Have availability to see customers in their homes Monday – Saturday.
