General Motors is seeking a Quality Systems Manufacturing Engineering Execution Engineer to lead advanced automated quality measurement deployments across Body and General Assembly operations, from procurement to commissioning.

As a Quality Systems Manufacturing Engineering Execution Engineer, you will lead the deployment of advanced automated quality measurement systems across Body and General Assembly operations—from procurement and design through integration, installation, and commissioning. You will serve as a technical and project execution leader, partnering with engineering teams, manufacturing plants, strategic suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative quality technologies that improve product quality, manufacturing performance, and operational excellence. You will also help advance the standardization, validation, and global deployment of next-generation quality systems.
This is an onsite role based at the Warren Tech Center, strategic supplier locations, and assembly centers during installation, execution, and commissioning activities. Travel of approximately 50% is required, depending on project deployment needs.

This role is categorized as onsite. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be required to travel on a regular basis (25-50%) for this role.
This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company vehicle will only be provided for this role by passing the Motor Vehicle Report review.
