Job summary

Magellan AI is hiring Measurement Success Managers to help clients track results and maximize value from their podcast campaigns. This is a US-based, fully remote role.

You’ll help marketers understand their podcast campaign results and feel confident in the reporting that guides their planning. You’ll join a tight-knit team with direct exposure to our founders and a mix of client-facing and analytical work.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets formulas.
• Curiosity, clear communication, and a detail-oriented work style.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and stay organized across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions through email and support channels.
• Set up measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues before they affect reporting.
• Lead Zoom trainings to help clients navigate the platform and understand their campaign performance.
• Build spreadsheets that simplify complex datasets for reporting and insights.
• Support QA efforts to make sure the data going to clients is accurate.
• Partner with the rest of the team to improve processes as our client base grows.
