We’re hiring Measurement Success Coordinators to support clients using Magellan AI to measure and understand podcast advertising performance. This is a US-based, fully remote role.

What you’ll do

• Be responsive to client support requests via email and support channels
• Set up and maintain measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers
• Monitor campaigns for alerts, exceptions, and data inconsistencies
• Troubleshoot issues and help resolve them before they affect client reporting
• Support Measurement Success Managers with day-to-day measurement and client needs
• Build and maintain spreadsheets to analyze large datasets and support client reporting
• Lead Zoom-based client trainings and onboarding sessions
• Play a key role in quality assurance, ensuring the data delivered to clients is accurate
• Partner with teammates to improve workflows and processes as our client base grows
