Allstate is seeking a Measurement Science Lead Consultant to define and ensure high-quality measurement practices across Claims. This role acts as a strategic expert, partnering with business and analytics teams to enable data-driven decisions and reduce risk of misinformed actions.
The role guides short- and long-term measurement engagements, educating leaders, embedding analytical support in product teams, and promoting standard frameworks across the organization.

Job Description
The Measurement Science Lead Consultant combines deep analytical expertise with strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This role is responsible for defining and ensuring high-quality measurement practices across Claims. This role serves as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, partnering with business and analytics teams to ensure initiatives are measured accurately, enabling confident, data-driven decision making. Reducing the risk of misinformed decisions is critical to the future success of Allstate.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 98,100.00 - 167,850.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
