Job summary

EQT Corporation in Waynesburg, PA, is seeking an M&I Technician I/II/III/IV to support commissioning, measurement, I&E, and SCADA data export across Midstream assets. You will install, calibrate, and maintain flow computers, transmitters, regulators and control valves, and work with RTU/PLC controls.

The role requires strong PLC/SCADA knowledge, calibration skills, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems. Some on-call and evening/weekend work is possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate’s degree in electronics or engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of applicable I&E/M&I, measurement, communications, and operations experience.
• Extensive knowledge of preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Advanced PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen Bradley Control Logix, PLC5 & SLC500).
• Instrumentation calibration, repair and troubleshooting on pressure, level, flow and temperature devices.
• Extensive knowledge of SCADA and communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support of instrumentation (flow, temperature, pressure), controls (RTU and PLC), communications network, and electrical equipment up to 480 VAC/3 phase.
• Support SCADA data export from Midstream assets and work with Measurement/M&I technicians.
• Configure/commission new equipment on host SCADA systems (CygNet, eLynx, ClearSCADA).
• Build RTU, radio, and device configurations for newly installed facilities.
• Monitor health of SCADA system including data relevance and user support.
• Interact with vendors and service companies on procedures and functionality.
• Install, calibrate, test, operate, troubleshoot, maintain and inspect measurement equipment.
