Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated in-home measure specialist to complete daily routes for pre-assigned appointments in Stroudsburg area. You will provide accurate measurements, assist customers, and support sales and installation coordination.

You will travel within a defined geographic area, maintain customer relationships, and report to the Assistant Market Manager. A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required, with 1+ year of related experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Reliable Transportation.
• High school diploma and/or GED.
• 1+ years of previous related work experience.
• No previous leadership experience required.
• Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds).
• Travel between locations required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
• Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations
• Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily
• Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
• Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
• Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
• Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions
• Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedule
• Cooperate with associates, supervisors, and managers on assigned work
• Use company-issued devices
• Travel within a predefined geographic area and provide support to company locations as needed
• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager
