Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. We welcome dedicated individuals who want to help children with Autism achieve their goals, with paid training and flexible part-time schedules.

We offer Same Day Pay, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for growth. RBT certification is required before working; a 6-month commitment is requested.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
