Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member to help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity and respect. This on-site role offers hands-on, physical work in a supportive team environment.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, work with cremation equipment and memorial products, and contribute to accurate processing and packaging of remains while meeting daily production goals. Compassion and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• No previous industry experience is required; training provided.
• Comfortable working around deceased pets.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift during shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
