Job summary

LCI in Jackson, MS is seeking a General Assembler to support material assembly, operate basic equipment, and uphold safety and quality in a fast-paced production area.

The role requires basic reading and math, 3–6 months of related experience or training, and the ability to work well with teammates. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4 PM, with a focus on meeting daily production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and math skills required.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Follow standardized procedures and maintain safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and assist in the production process.
• Assemble materials and equipment as required to perform tasks.
• Meet daily production goals and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Inspect products for conformance to quality standards.
