American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care at Hickory Creek at Columbus in Columbus, Indiana. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate with nursing teams to ensure high-quality, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CNA certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting mobility.
• Genuine passion for geriatric nursing and senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing/healthcare teams for coordinated care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility including transfers and repositioning.
• Assist during meals ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ wellbeing.
