Job summary

Berkshirejobs is seeking reliable Meal Delivery Assistants in Pittsfield, MA to support the home-delivered meals program. You will report to the meal site at pre-assigned times, review daily route sheets, and assemble hot meals, bag suppers, frozen meals, and bags according to the route counts.

Deliveries must be made to consumers in a timely, courteous manner, with a well-being check performed on all clients.

• Report to the designated meal site at pre-assigned time, unless otherwise instructed.
• Review daily route sheets and pack hot meals, bag suppers, frozen meals, and bags per the route sheet counts. Pack substitutions as required by notes on route sheets or from instructions provided by the Nutrition office through the packing site coordinator.
• Deliver meals to the consumers in a timely, courteous manner.
• A well-being check will be performed on all consumers.
• Morning hours vary slightly between 9:30am and 1:00pm Monday thru Friday.
