Meals America is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport meal packages to participants on assigned routes. The role focuses on safe, timely deliveries and accurate routing.

Responsibilities include planning routes, loading parcels, delivering to addresses with signatures as needed, and returning items as scheduled. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and clear criminal background check.
• Must pass drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to plan efficient delivery routes and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and complete an efficient delivery and pickup route for the day.
• Load delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.
• Deliver parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Pick up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned and other requests.
• Maintain basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Report vehicle service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Assist in warehouse duties when route is completed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
