The mission of PACS is to empower low-income individuals to become self-reliant through community service, assistance, education, and partnerships.

Essential Duties

1. Assist the kitchen help with the packaging of home bound meals.
2. Deliver the home bound meals to the designated clients in a timely manner.
3. Maintain paperwork and documentation of meals delivered.
4. Return all coolers and containers to the center before leaving work.
5. Report any changes noticed in the home bound client to the center supervisor.
6. Attend any trainings as directed by PACS.
7. Any other duties as requested by the center coordinator or the PACS Aging Director.

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Must provide own transportation.
3. Must have valid Driver's License.
4. TB skin test.
5. Criminal Background Check.
