Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. in Fort Meade, Maryland, is seeking a Data Scientist to support multiple CNO mission areas through technical analysis, automation, collection processing, and data-driven mission support.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, apply AI/ML techniques, develop Python-based automation, and create Jupyter Notebooks for mission analytics and prototyping, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with 8+ years, or Associate’s with 10+ years.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience with automation and collection processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and pivot with mission priorities.

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The pay range for this role is:

135,000 - 180,000 USD per year(Ft. Meade MD)
