Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. in Fort Meade, Maryland, seeks a Data Scientist to support critical systems and provide analytical and technical support to mission, policy, and decision‑making stakeholders.

This role scopes projects, develops workflow use cases, analyzes data, and creates metrics, dashboards, and visualizations to drive decisions. An active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 8 years, or Associate’s degree with 10 years.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Ability to scope projects and translate mission needs into actionable use cases.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The pay range for this role is:

135,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Ft. Meade MD)
