Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to provide advanced discovery support using machine learning, analytics prototyping, scripting, automation, data visualization, statistics, and TechSIGINT tools.

The ideal candidate has prior experience as an analyst or discovery-focused professional and must adapt to evolving mission requirements. The role is exempt hourly with a strong emphasis on security, collaboration with mission stakeholders, and applying cutting-edge analytical

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s with 8 years; Associate’s with 10 years.
• Prior experience as an analyst, targeteer, or discovery-related discipline.
• Experience with scripting and workflow automation.
• Experience performing data analysis and statistical analysis.
• Experience developing analytical prototypes and data visualizations.
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply new tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to rapidly learn and apply new tools and technologies

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The pay range for this role is:

135,000 - 180,000 USD per year (Ft. Meade MD)
