Job summary

TekCom Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager with MDU experience to lead large-scale telecom deployment programs across markets. Local market/office must be maintained with regular in-office collaboration and site visits to MDU properties and construction sites.

The role requires travel to project sites, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating with property owners and developers to ensure project success. A hybrid work schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in telecommunications.
• 3+ years managing MDU or FTTH deployments.
• Technical knowledge of fiber network design and construction.
• Strong leadership and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Financial acumen with multi-million-dollar budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of MDU deployment programs, on-time and on-budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources for multiple projects.
• Liaise between engineering, construction, sales, owners and leadership.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors to meet scope and safety standards.
• Identify new MDU opportunities with business development and sales teams.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with field teams and stakeholders.
