Job summary

Cannon Companies in Seattle is seeking qualified telecommunications cabling professionals to join our ISP/OSP Communications Division. You will perform fiber termination, splicing, testing, and documentation while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years in telecom, bucket truck experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' direct experience in telecom.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check.
• Have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License.
• Bucket truck experience is required, including safely operating from a bucket truck per safety standards.
• Willing to work flexible hours (days/nights).
• This position is a Safety Sensitive Role.
• Copper splicing experience is a bonus.
• Ability to distinguish varying fiber colors.
• Proficient in fiber terminating, splicing, and testing both inside and outside plant.
• Able to read and understand complex prints for fiber splicing and equipment installations.

• Perform all duties according to prescribed safety procedures and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Safely operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts while performing fiber installation, maintenance, testing, and splicing activities.

Cannon Companies is looking to add new team members to our ISP/OSP Communications Division. We are looking for qualified applicants with a telecommunications cabling background.

The position will be located in Seattle.

• Have a minimum of 2 years' direct experience in the Telecom field.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check.
• Have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License.
• Bucket truck experience is required, including the ability to safely operate and work from a bucket truck in compliance with company safety standards.
• Be willing to work flexible hours (days/nights).
