Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Hendersonville, NC, seeks a compassionate registered nurse to join a skilled nursing facility team, providing care with dignity and comfort, and performing Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) processes.

You will work Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, with pay range $41.00–$45.70 per hour, and access to on-demand or weekly pay, generous PTO, tuition support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
Must have active CPR or BLS Certification.
Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with State and Federal law and facility policies.
