Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in Shallotte, NC to support residents in a skilled nursing facility. The RN will perform RAI-related assessments and coordinate care, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements while delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of practice.
• Must have CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with State and Federal law and facility policies.
• Use electronic health records to document resident assessments and coordinate care.
