Saber Healthcare Group in Kennedy Township, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a skilled nursing facility. You will perform the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ensure compliance with state and federal laws while delivering high-quality care.

The role is full-time, days shift, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Must have CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.
• Previous MDS experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with State and Federal law and facility policies.
