Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state of practice.
• Must have CPR or BLS certification.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal law and facility policies.
• Provide compassionate, dignified care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
