Job summary

Progressive Quality Care in Holland, MI is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator RN to lead resident assessments and care planning at our newly opened facility. This role focuses on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary teamwork to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will oversee MDS assessments, coordinate care planning meetings, and supervise documentation in our EMR system, lifting up to 25 lbs and working in a clinical environment as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a clinical environment.
